Founder: Penny Streeter OBE

Penny Streeter OBE is the founder and managing director of A24Group, and principal shareholder with her mother and co-founder Marion.

Penny Streeter is a regular industry commentator on entrepreneurial issues and women in business, on BBC and other broadcast news and business programmes (BBC Breakfast News, Working Lunch, News24, Sky News), as well as for newspapers and magazines (Financial Times, Telegraph, The Times).  One of the leading women entrepreneurs, Penny is also a conference speaker - such as at the Leaders in London Conference, with Richard Branson and Bob Geldof. 

Finance Director: Charles Rees

Charles Rees has been Finance Director at the A24 Group since 2002. Previously a partner at a leading firm of accountants he has many years experience working in and advising on the staffing industry. He is supported by strong finance teams who ensure timely and accurate payment to agency workers and accurate billing to clients. Working with other directors in the Group he plays an instrumental role in its national and international expansion plans.

COO: Nick Rea

Nick Rea, Operations Director, is one of the founding directors of Ambition 24hours and the A24Group. He is responsible for the infrastructure, logistics and systems organisation for the business on two continents, to ensure safe, efficient and profitable service provision, to meet the needs of staff, candidates and clients alike.
